Wildwood Apartments

I moved out on my own on July 31st, and Wildwood Apartments made that transition a great experience. The property manager, Monica, took a chance on me and approved my application even though I didn’t have any prior rental history, which I truly appreciate. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, she and the staff have always been willing to listen and provide helpful feedback. Not only are the apartments affordable, but the complex is also very quiet and the community is friendly. I highly recommend Wildwood Apartments!

Maintenance is great. Windows were recently all replaced. Pool is fun for in the summer. 🌞

Been at Wildwood apartments few years now I like it here it quite at night sometimes Got a great manger on site maintenance get the job done quick .don't think I will be leaving

About to renew for a third yearly lease. Well maintained quiet property. Units are immaculate at move in and property staff are friendly. Always in the office when I stop by and resolve my issues. Maintenance is the quickest of any apartment I've ever lived in.

VERY clean and quiet. Great security and terrific management. The pool was also clean and sparkling! Stayed here for just two months and this place works well for a month to month lease. The one problem I had was the insulation of the unit. I felt I was constantly running the AC which ran up my electricity bill. Other than that, wonderful!
