Great apartments! Definitely impressed compared to others I’ve seen, Looking for a quiet safe place to live this is the place, lived here for two year’s never had a problem, clean affordable housing, office lady’s are the sweetest they host events for the residents , Brand new dog park, clean pool and definitely love the work out room! Safe drivers coming in and out, bus stop is right up front and safe for kids, Are family will definitely be seeing year three here! Highly recommended!

I don’t have many issues with this complex but getting very frustrated with water shut-offs. They shut the water off at least 2 times a month for “plumbing maintenance” for hours and hours at a time. Sends emails with exact times for water shut off for people to be prepared, but then shuts it off an hour early with no warning. Don’t even try to plan for morning showers if you decide to live here.

I’ve been living at this apartment for a year and i plan on renewing my lease again. These apartments are great and i’ve had no problems. Maintenance takes care of things swiftly and efficiently. Management is wonderful. Chrissy in the office is so kind and welcoming. They do weekly pest control and i’ve never had problems with bugs. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex!

Do NOT move into the apartments. When we first moved in the apartment was disgustingly dirty and spots on all the walls that were the completely wrong color. management is terrible as well as maintenance and how long it takes the to actually come and “fix” the problems.

Honestly the best experience I've had in an apartment. Everything was super clean upon move it, which was a pleasant suprise! We have had no issues with pests either. Management is always very nice and helpful. Maintenance is super on top of everything, we had a ceiling leak and they completely fixed the issue the next day, even sent out drywall repair techs to fix the hole they had to cut in the wall within the week. Would highly recommend for a budget apartment!
