Wildhorse Flats

You need to read this before you rent here! They look nice from the outside, but there are multiple problems. This is an income restricted property, and I'm thankful that I had a place I could afford to rent on my own, but I am so glad I moved. Here we go: -One day last winter, I think it was January, I came home from work and the entire complex was taped off for a police investigation. I heard later there was a shooting. I think that may be the homicide that the other reviewers are referencing. That definitely shook me up, and I had just moved there. -The TRASH! SO much trash. Trash, old food, and dog poop constantly on the ground. Early review. More will follow in depth, including some pictures. Want to be safe? Not here. Homicides. Cars vandalized. Fireworks damaging cars. People walking around with AKs, and other guns. Great environment for kids. They get to constantly see flashing blue and red lights. Want a responsive management or property maintenance? Hahaha. Months for a microwave. Not returning calls. Definitely more to add here later. But at least the cutthroat towing company is patrolling to exploit people nightly. Want clean facilities? Has there been mention of the dumpsters that overflow deep into the parking lot. About every week? Pools not cleaned or working? Gates broken when they do try to close them at all?

When I first moved there from the beginning I should have known it was going to something else. First when I was approved, instead of them saying the go by credit score or something on the website letting you know that everyone do not pay the same amount. They didn’t. I had a choice to move to another complex but for them being nicer looking and newer, and having washer and dryers already in the unit, I chose these. Being both apartments I was choosing between both were income restricted. So how did the other apartments say I was conditionally approved but instead of $300 deposit it would be $500. I was cool with that reasonable. They told me off the top. Wildhorse basically said I was conditionally approved also. So I went with them because common sense any normal person will think it sho

Don’t move here unless you want your car broken into.. the kids here run around screaming and cussing all night be themselves, throwing things around. They’ve trashed the playground by throwing eggs all over the slides and the parents have no regard for their children. I am almost certain this was done by kids because they only took the loose change in the side equaling maybe $5 and left everything else. There was makeup and other possessions trailing along side of my car from other peoples cars.

After reading these reviews sounds like you need to hire security and maintenance personnel that know what they are doing. Just because it's rent control doesn't mean it has to be trashed. Customer service goes a long way.
