Wilde Lake Apartments

I’ve only been living at Wilde Lake for a few months, but my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The Property is just absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful. One thing that really stands out is the incredible maintenance team! I’ve had a few minor issues in my apartment, and their response time has been outstanding, they usually come the same day I put in a request. Kyi and Fernando, in particular, are fantastic!

We have just renewed our lease for the next year on this wonderful place! I look out over the lake and think about how lucky we are to live in such a wonderful natural setting that is minutes from “everything”! We feel like we are on vacation every single day with the beautiful views and wildlife! It’s amazing!

Wilde Lake Apartments is not maintained at all. We moved here from out of state and received a virtual tour of the office, which they led me to believe was the apartment I would move into. DO NOT LIVE HERE! -Poorly managed -Very disrespectful and harassing maintenance men - Unresponsive property manager - Falsely advertised amenities - Garbage all over property - Safety violations For example, I’m being asked to review a service request I had and they didn’t perform the service. I sent the maintenance men away after they were pounding on my door for over two minutes, screaming my name and yelling “maintenance”, while I was in the shower. It was so loud it woke up my neighbors child from their nap. I asked them to come back, with notice and why they wouldn’t leave when I didn’t answer. T

My husband and I lived at Wilde Lake for 1 year. While it did have its perks (pretty view from apartment, and responsive maintenance team), we did find many flaws within our stay. For starters, upon moving in, we were required to pay an outrageous security deposit. As two young adult adults with good credit, clean records, and full time jobs, we still had to pay over 3 grand to move in. Once we moved in, the property manager at the time walked us into our new home to a broken entry-way light and an AC that didn’t work (mind you, it was the beginning of July when we moved in). It took 3 weeks for our AC to finally be repaired after move in. The light never worked properly in the entry hallway through our stay.
