Wickham Club Apartments

I’m giving them a 1 star only because I can’t give them a 0 DO NOT RENT from them they never answer the phone the office door is never unlocked I had mold and water damage and the apartment was infested with roaches for 4 years in my apartment and the maintenance came in only to spray paint the mold and water leak they never corrected the roach problem they refuse to give me back my deposit when I gave them back my keys and left the apartment in better shape then when they rented it to me. Save yourself the hassle and don’t rent here. Also there was shooting in this apartment complex.

Far and away THE BEST office team of anywhere My Mom and I have ever lived. I don't know how they run such a large, complicated community with ease and caring. We are always impressed with the efficiency and knowledge of the maintenance team as well. I've been here years and have no plans of moving. I always recommend our community when people ask me. Thank you office team!!!

I would like to say thanks to Brandon for the awesome job he did today with my toilet and bath tub. He was very professional, courteous and had my bathroom up and running in under 30 minutes. Also without any mess. What a blessing he was. Thanks so very much Brandon 😇

Ms Stacey and the team have really been a blessing in helping me through the situations the housing market had put my family through. I am so thankful for their assistance in the process of application, approval and move-in.(Now NOAH on the other hand 😁 iykyk) I look forward to to my stay here and welcome positivity and growth.

I’ve lived here for three years now and I really love the environment to keep up the outside and inside of the property maintenance is always quick and readily to respond to whatever situation that you may have. the office staff is warm and friendly, and the whole environment is very professional and they care about the residence.
