Whitten Creek Apartments

Been here for a couple of months and it's been awesome and very quiet. It feels safe. If it had any cons, they'd be very minute. (Shower head doesn't have much pressure and the stove burners stay uneven instead of flat). Getting into the apartment was easy and quick. Staff were very helpful

Nice on the outside and inside of apts but the noise in certain locations is ridiculous specifically if u live on the bottom and people living above. Poop all out in yard area kids playing out in parkinglot with ball n letting it hit numerous cars of tenants someones cat ran into my apt attacking my dog n landlord says there is nothing they can do bout it . If u got kids it's a good place but if ur single n like the quit I don't recommend.

168 days ago, (January 19th 2024) I lost all of my personal property in an apartment fire. The cause of which is still unknown to me despite my honest and diligent efforts. That day Whitten Creek Apartments terminated my lease and threw us out on the street. They didn't offer to rebuild our apartment. They didn't offer us temporary housing. We were left to salvage what we could and leave. I want to know what caused the fire. It did NOT originate in my apartment. Who is responsible? One year later: not a word from them about what caused the fire.

Just moved in and I’m really happy so far. The apartment was clean, the move-in process was smooth, and the office staff was helpful and welcoming. Quiet, nice community.

I have been here about 2 months, and I love it! The apartments are really nice. They come with a stackable washer/dryer. All apartments have a patio. The pool is beautiful. There are large grills for people to use. And there are 2 dog parks and a kid's playground and basketball goals on the property! The area is safe and quiet. It's wonderful to not smell Marijuana at the complex, unlike at my previous apartment complex! 24 hour gym! And all of the staff have been very friendly and helpful. Maintenance takes care of issues quickly. Definitely recommend!
