Pros: Claudia was very helpful from the beginning to end. My rental was for six months very fast approval. Accepted housing assistance. Provided notice for any work or construction. Pricing was great and if you request maintenance they will come. Cons: loud neighbors who park in front of your home at times, kids and adults outside loud at all hours of the night, bad parking, shared trash can which always filled up quickly, too many cars per unit (Photos are from move out-loved my little 2/1 unit would have stayed but it was no longer a reasonable commute 45/Crosstimbers)

Although they are not in the best part of town I really love living here. The management and leasing office/ team have always been extremely helpful, understanding and quick to respond. Very reasonably priced and actually a pretty quiet community. They definitely take care of their residents and I greatly appreciate all they do.

Claudia and Jose are beyond amazing! They truly go above and beyond to make sure Las Palmeras is a beautiful place to call home. Great location, amazing customer service, maintenance is superb, the list goes on and on! Thank you Las Palmeras for always giving it 200%!

I lived in one of her properties and I was cockroaches everywhere. I complained for the year plus I been staying there and nothing was resolved. My place got broken into as well. And Maintenance was also terrible. I don't recommend anyone rent from this lady or her properties. It's all about the money.

I LIKE LIVING HERE ITS QUIET AND THE OFFICE MANGER IS AWESOME GOES OUT HER WAY TO HELP THE PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE.MAINTANCE PEOPLE ARE GOOD THEY DO WORK TO GET THINGS FIXED.I WOULD RECOMENDED FOR SOMEONE TO RENT FROM HERE.ITS NOT THEST NEIGHBORHOOD BUT SO FAR NO PROMBLEMS
