Don’t ever work with Tony Whitfield. As someone who bought a house from him … he’s the literal worst. The places we have found that he has cut corners to save a dime….I have NO idea how this house EVER passed an inspection. I have had plumbers, contractors and electricians come in and they are always shocked by the work they find. Plus he’s incredibly rude and condescending. Save yourself ALOT of money and hassle and frustration. Don’t use this man.

Those that say Tony is anti-anything are simply showing how little they know about him. I take offense to anyone that would say or has said he is anti-military. Tony served our country as an Air Force Pilot. I am a retired Navy Chief and worked with Tony for several years as a realtor immediately after retirement. One thing you can say about Tony is he is a business man and as such watches out for his business. I have seen him take a couple that could not buy a roll of toilet paper on credit, work with them for a year (sometime longer) on fixing their credit so that they could realize that part of the American Dream called home ownership. I have rented from Mr. Whitfield RECENTLY and this man is a complete idiot. HE IS RUDE, ARROGANT, AND DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AS IF THEY ARE ADULTS OR HUMAN BEINGS FOR THAT MATTER. His property that I rented was a piece of crap that he fixed up just enough so it was livable and I paid him faithfully each month ON TIME. I NEVER EVER missed a payment and my rent was $1150 per month. The house looked good until I had to move in and soon as I did and started to get comfortable it started falling apart. From there he blamed everything on my kids and I. Ummm...no sir. We were only living there for three months. I went into the office ready to sign a lease on a property I had already seen. I was in my Naval Officer's uniform at the time and that set the tone for the discussion. I will say that gave him the utmost respect during the entire conversation through the end. I gave him the same respect I would have given my CO or even my Marine Corps Drill Instructor. I have rented from Tony Whitfield since June of 2017. This man is a slum lord! I have had electrical issues since move in and have notified him of this several times. He says electrician will be in touch. Still no electrician, and im paying almost 1600 dollars a month. He does not answer phone and as of today has advised i can only email him with issues. Do not rent from this man. He has yet to come to the home to do the initial walk through. I feel at this point there may be some things he will not own up to. I have an elderly father,78, who has suffered a stroke and has lung disease and for the 1at month I was her, it was 100 degrees outside, the a.c. was broke for 3 weeks.
