Whitehall Commons

Was referred by Myrtle Terraces and spoke to Alysha the Manager. She was fantastic! So helpful and kind, she took the time to show me around the buildings and all that Whitehall has to offer. She told me shes been here since the beginning of the year but she knows so much about the community and the surrounding area. She stopped to wave to all the residents walking dogs or checking thier mail. It shows what kind of person she really is.

We love living here in Whitehall Manor. Beautiful building, nicest apartments in Cleveland Ga. When we first moved in, there wasn't a manager here 99% of the time! But, we finally got a new manager Michelle) & she is the best! She is always just a text away at anytime, eveything gets done now in a reasonable amount of time! The grounds are looking much better too! She has shaped this place up so much in small amount of time & I feel there will be a lot more improvements to come. Ty! Michelle

Michelle the office manager is great, we are lucky to have her, she has organized the office and keeps things in order. I have never had any problems with the neighbors or any trouble of any kind and I’ve lived here almost 3 years.

Year after year, Steve, the maintenance professional, at Whitehall Commons Apts., has shown absolute excellence in building maintenance service. He is professional, hard-working, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. He shows through his work that he is an expert in his field. Responds to work orders in a timely manner.

The worst apartment complex to move into. Maintenance man walks into house any time for no reason I’ve caught him in the house. None of the gym equipment we pay for works it’s broke and ran down. The elder people are rude to children. Over priced and my floor has been sinking in since before I moved in.
