If you love looking at trash stacking up in CONDEMNED dumpsters for MONTHS then this is the place for you. Can't wait to deal with the pests and illness that will come from this health hazard. These pictures were taken 4/3/2025. Y'all need to figure out which of your 3 "managers" are handling this issue and get them to actually fix it. Next steps for tenants will be to contact the health department, city code enforcement, and HUD. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

When I moved in, there was so much that needed to be done that I still haven’t contacted them about it because I’m just so ready to leave, this place sucks. Management is alright but they only act like they care bc it’s their job obviously and they need your money. They switched the person in office which scares me bc it feels like fraud as if the new person in office is the cover up for the last one so they can keep doing what theyre doing (taxing on rent while being unprofessional) and yes it’s a roof over your head but what’s the point if you can’t have money to yourself bc they’re taking it all, this isn’t slander this is how I feel about my first ever apartment, I suggest not to move here it’s too expensive for these apartments to look like trash on the inside, it’s like you have to w

Whitebridge Apts is a wonderful place to call home! Kelly, the office manager is awesome to work with. If you need anything, she is on top of things to make sure what you need is completed. She is a very kind & responsible office manager. The grounds are kept up nicely & the appearance of the outside of apts has just been updated. If you need a nice quiet place to come home to, call Kelly & she will give you all the details you need to become a Whitebridge Apt Resident! I have lived here for over 5 years & I love it here!

The only reason I gave it 1 🌟 was to be able to review. At that time it was a very nice neighborhood, reasonable rate, and the property managers were respectful and cared about their tenants. This changed when the current property took over in December 2022. Kelly the property manager started out as if he would be good& understanding and help the community remain in a positive way. Soon the "honeymoon period" was over and Kelly started to show his true self and ignored phone calls/emails and gave no response regarding concerns at the property. I lived on the end corner unit&the neighbors above me upstairs remained loud running throughout the apartment daily. I love Whitebridge apartments. I have been out here for a year so far. It’s quiet and everybody stays to there selves it’s the best place to be if your house hunting. I can’t forget about Mrs. Kelly she is so awesome and a pleasure to be around every time I’m around here I feel nothing but good and positive energy every time. She will also work with you as long as you work with her.
