Hi do you have condominiums there?
Even though my wife and I ended up not purchasing a home here because we needed a location closer to Philly, I wanted to let everyone know that our experience was extremely positive. Liz and Brett were super easy to work with, never pressured us in any way and were unbelievably helpful in choosing the best home on the right lot. Anyone looking to live in the Collegeville area should stop by and take a look.
Terrific neighborhood. Great people and nice homes.
There is no residential parking on regency side of community and can't park on the street for more than an hour or 2. COMPLETELY STUPID!! I will not be recommending this community to live in. Very inconvenient! UPDATE: now you can't even park in the street at any time! There's so much to say, but there's a special place for the HOA committee that think they don't have to answer for this.
Nice community, good-looking Carriage homes, beautiful club house with large pool.
