White River Mountain Apartment

My husband and I lived here for a couple months during college and moved out in January. To start, we were told we were not getting our deposit back at all and after reviewing the pay stub, we were double charged for multiple things which is how they ensured they could get away with not giving us back anything for our deposit, which apparently they thought they could do and get away with on two people they thought were young and naive. Once this issue was resolved and we agreed on a deposit to get returned back to us, we still have yet to receive our deposit back that we were promised and it has been 5/6 months. My husband and I have called at least 10 times since then getting responses back that things were getting worked on and handled. Every time they claimed to have mailed us a check,

This is a fantastic apartment to live in for a small family! My husband and I moved in September of 2023 and I was due with our first baby in late October. They accommodated us with a bottom level apartment and we were able to move in super easily! While we were there, we had no issues with anything in the apartment and we enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere! The pool and playground were a great added bonus to the already great price for rent! The apartments are also located right next to the Hollister schools, so there is a great pathway to take walks on in the evenings! The day we packed our moving truck was 30 days before our lease ended and they cut us a deal by keeping our deposit and not charging the last months rent! It was a huge blessing to our family and we are so grateful to

White river was the first appartment i had ever had and from begining to end it was great! Heck I'm even moving back in when I come back to the state. Beautiful area and appartments and nice and clean. They even redid our whole bathroom when our tub needed replaced

This was our home for 2 years & we couldn’t be more than thankful!! We brought all of our babies home here & the community is just amazing!

I personally know Bridget and Michael Bartlett who with along with the other staff are some of the most honest,fair and responsive people I have ever known. They do AMAZING things for not only Whiteriver Mountain Apartments but for the entire community. First there a multiple maintenance staff who live on property and this in faster repair response times when tenants have Emergencies. Second , they provide and make avaliable books for adults and children for all residents and or neighbors, Third they personally provide EMERGENCY dry goods for residents with pantry where residents can supplies if needed, Four why they are very fair and make sure all residents are respectful to each other and follow the rules, Five if your a long term teneat, which there are many , and unexpectedly lose
