Severe Mold, Unsafe Living Conditions & Greedy Management – Avoid This Place! If I could give zero stars, I would. We first reported a severe mold issue to Hannah in 2024, and instead of properly addressing it, management spray-painted over the mold and dismissed our concerns. This led to serious health issues for my husband, whose asthma flared up, resulting in multiple doctor visits and steroid treatments for his lungs. Before moving in, my husband never had asthma flare-ups—everything clicked after we had the mold tested, confirming mold was present in both the apartment surfaces and the air. This year, another mold issue appeared in our unit. Management insisted it was just mildew, so we took matters into our own hands and had it tested—confirming mold was present. Despite the eviden

Mold, Health Hazards, and Terrible Management – Do Not Rent Here! My experience living here was nothing short of a nightmare. In 2024, my wife and I discovered mold growing in our unit, and when we reported it, the management responded by spray-painting over it and brushing off our concerns. This led to my asthma worsening to the point of multiple doctor visits, steroid treatments, and a dramatic decline in my health. Before this, I never had asthma flare-ups, but after living in this apartment, it became clear that the mold in the air and on surfaces was the cause. In 2025, another mold problem arose. The management again claimed it was just mildew, so we took it upon ourselves to have it tested – the results confirmed it was mold. Despite having proof, management continued to deny the i

I was considering living here but looking at the images and the price anyone thinks it's a tremendous opportunity but then looking at all the recommendations gives a lot to think about knowing that they can't control a mold problem I have invested their profits to repair all the damage in all the areas that makes me believe that they are the same as where I currently live that they only care about their profits

An absolute deplorable place. Seeing management go into apartments without knowledge of tenants. Maintenance man is horribly rude, and so is management. You know when the smell of smoke is in your unit they have been in there without any notice. Parking is horrible. I have watched the manager looking into apartments when no notice has been given. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Can not post under my name for fear of retaliation until I can get the hell out of the crap hole!!I have photos and video that I’m turning over to a lawyer.

Tl;Dr: Prospective renters don't waste your time setting up a tour, especially if you need to go during your work hours given the limited touring times available (no weekend availability). Their management won’t show, and won’t let you know. :Details: We setup a tour time via the apartment website, and I took the time slot since my work is more flexible. Only received the initial booking confirmation. Show up a couple mins early, knock on the office door. No response. A resident called out that the manager was out sick that day. We didn't receive a call, notification, or email to reschedule. There's practically no information on their online ads across various websites (& their own) to answer really basic questions. A couple units were being remodeled. I was allowed to peak aroun
