White Oak Grove Apartments

If you’re considering where to move next in Asheville, check out White Oak Grove! My partner and I lived there for over three years, and it was hands down the best apartment experience we’ve ever had. The staff, location, living space, maintenance, and neighbors were all fantastic. WOG was the best choice we made. There’s plenty of parking, it’s family and pet-friendly, the staff and management are super attentive, and the maintenance is top-notch whenever you need it. If you take care of your space, they’ll take care of you! Plus, the people there are incredibly humble and amazing, and we’re really going to miss them. The best apartment complex in Asheville! I lived at White Oak Grove for the last three years and have nothing but good things to say about it. The location is great, very convenient to both downtown and Haywood Road. The staff is incredible, Robert the maintenance guy was almost always available the same day to fix any issues. They just revamped the dog park which was a great addition, and I loved being able to walk my dog over to the Adventure Center and around the Crown Plaza. Most apartment complexes in the area aren't walkable at all (on busy main roads with no sidewalks), so I would highly White Oak Grove for dog owners. Parking is plentiful and no issues with guest parking, which is a big perk as a lot of apartment complexes don't allow guests after a certain time. I loved my tim

Lived here for many years until we upgraded to a 3 bedroom home but White Oak Grove is the best! The apartments feel luxury. The largest 2 bedroom has dual suites - perfect for roommates. Equal size rooms, bathrooms, and closets. The kitchen has a great island and lots of storage. The whole apartment does. Bettyann is amazing! Inviting, kind, and on top of it all. Throughout Helene she ensured everyone had food and what they needed. She checked every apartment. She went above and beyond in an uncertain time. This is such a great place to live! The duel master 2 bedroom apt was the PERFECT set up for my roommate and I. Bettyann is the best property manager I’ve had and Rob is an amazing maintenance man and is always there to help! If you’re looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment White Oak is definitely a great option!

Absolutely LOVED living here. Bettyann is the absolute best, and I truly appreciate how caring and patient she was throughout my experience. The apartments are super cute and well maintained. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!!! Thank you Bettyann for taking such great care of us!:)
