White Oak

I can whole heartedly say that moving here was such an amazing choice. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom floorplan is absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny of the cost. The layout is perfect. Leading up to the door, it is a lot of hallway space which I really love. But most importantly, the leasing office and the process in getting my apartment. I worked with Diana and she was so kind and she absolutely sold me. I ended up leasing that same day. Just being in apartments knowing that the workers in the leasing office are amazing just adds to the beauty of them. I can see myself staying for a while. Thank you so much for making this such a graceful experience. 11/10 recommend moving here.

I think White Oak Apartments are the nicest on Montgomery Park Blvd! I've been here 9 months now and enjoy everything about this complex. The staff is always so nice and helpful. I live in the back area of the complex where it is so peaceful and beautiful. I enjoy being on my patio and taking in the serenity of the area. The area is always kept nicely and is a pleasure to come home to. There's no place like home-especially at White Oak!!

Absolutely love it here so far! The trees are such a breath of fresh air for being in the city. You actually hear the nature at night it feels like I'm out camping sometimes I love it. Package lockers are offered so no risk of porch pirates. There is a nice pool and honestly it's just a great place to just walk around. Danielle has always been super nice to me when I had any questions and was quick to correct issues I had when first moving in. Have not had any major issues with my unit since moving in and I'm sure they would be prompt to take care of any problems I may have. Will be renewing my lease here for sure.

My cousins daughter attends school nearby and recommended the property to me. I’ve spoken to a few people throughout the week and made my appt in advance but when I showed up today with my mom, the agent Breny was very cold and unwelcoming. My mom noticed it as well and wanted to leave immediately but I wanted to at least see the property since we were already there. My mom had the right idea because the property was just as disappointing as her attitude. The unit we were shown was such a dump, the appliances were dirty, it smelled and the paint/plaster was gross it was almost comical. The manager I spoke to was lovely and if I did speak to Breny prior I wonder what changed from the phone to seeing me in person? We had another appt at Hawthorne Ridge and arrived early, NIGHT AND DAY!!! Be

My experience here has been excellent. The community is quiet and well taken care of. The view from my unit out onto tall trees/pool are really unmatched in this area. I looked all over a 20 mile radius of here before moving in. Very attentive staff.
