White Oak and Orchard Apartments

I've lived in Orchard Apts since 1982. I've seen alot of managers come and go. I just renewed my lease and I happy to say I love my apartment. The office syaff is caring,understanding and very professional. The community has become peaceful since MGM has taken over. I appreciate being able to paying my rent on line and submitted services request online. Maintenance always responds quickly and accurately. Management is always helpful and professional. I appreciate improvement I've seen over the past 3 years.

I’m currently in the market for a short-term lease while building a home in a new development nearby. While several places offered short-term options, my leasing experience with Jameica truly stood out. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely took the time to understand and accommodate all of my wants and needs in an apartment home. Thanks to her, the entire process felt smooth and personalized. I highly recommend this place — especially if you’re looking for exceptional service and care during your search.

I've been living at White oak Apartments for almost 2 years.. I've just renewed my lease. Although, I don't like the rent increase I enjoyed my peaceful apartment. I love the office staff. We laugh and talk occasionally. The maintenance guys are very knowledgeable and professional.

I relocated to Shreveport from Haynesville Louisiana. I came to Shreveport to attend college at Southern University, I was living in student housing and decided to get my own apartment.I leased at Orchard because Ms.Tieon made a great connection with my dad and ensure him that she will take care of me and my living experience at Orchard would be wonderful. I’ve been residing at Orchard Apartments for a year now. It’s been Peaceful living environment. The office ladies are sweet and extremely helpful , and I am overall extremely happy with my living experienced.

I've been residing here for 13 years. My mother and brother are my neighbors,residing in this community also. We enjoy leaving in White Oak & Orchard Apartments. Tieon & Jameica are so sweet and beautiful ladies. I assist maintenance daily with picking up grounds and keeping our community clean.If your looking for a nice place to stay come check them out.
