My review isn't to be a reflection of the prices, or hospitality, but more of a warning to rental customers about the backhoe/trailer combination. I have rented this combination twice, (should have learned from the first time), and the trailer that they have for the backhoe (only one they use I'm told), isn't the proper length for weight distribution, thus creating an unsafe pulling situation. I have pulled numerous heavy loads, different trailers, both mine and others, and I will say this combination is without a doubt the most dangerous. If you attempt to go over 55 mph, be warned the trailer is almost uncontrollable due to improper weight distribution. I personally feel like there should be some type of rental company monitor, or regulation, to keep this kind of thing from happening. Ju

Rented chairs for a wedding. Told us to run them through the car wash before bringing them back. We did and it ended up making them look more dirty than they were. We were on a time crunch to get the chairs back by 7:30 am. After a late night of wedding festivities, it was hard to get up and get it done. Qe made it on time. Charged us extra for the rental and ended up costing over $800 to rent 100 chairs. Not polite either. Will never recommend them or use them again. Don't tell us to do one thing and penalize us for it.

My dear friend rented chairs for her wedding and it was the worst part of her day. First, the restricted pick up window was not explained, and pushed the rehearsal back an hour. They were not flexible at all! Once we got the chairs, we set them up, took them down, and thoroughly cleaned them before return. The cleaning wasn't good enough by the time we got them back to town, and they charged TWICE the rental cost for the cleaning alone. On top of the rental charge, the bill became three times higher than expected and it literally would have been more cost effective to buy chairs outright. Buyer beware.

Great place! Excellent customer service, great prices. We had to rent a floor sander to refinish our living room. Competitor did not have it. WML employee gave us detailed directions and advice. We will definitely shop there again.

I could not have been made to feel more unwelcome! I went in asking about buying some natural timber logs for a project. The young girl wasn’t sure so went to ask the manager. He came out in a huff, clearly distressed at having to talk to me. He never smiled nor did he provide much information beyond that it would be expensive and left me to continue the search on my own. Odd because he’s in the lumber business! I pride myself on being kind in all my interactions and was no less-so in this circumstance. I will not return and will share my poor customer service experience with others. I’m not sure what it was about me that he didn’t like but he sure didn’t hide it!
