They provided everything we needed and handled everything SOOOO smoothly! They absolutely took what could have been an extremely stressful event (buying & selling a house!) and managed it with ease, even when the majority had to be done remotely. Love it. The view was spectacular. Great amenities. You'll want to stay there the entire time, so make sure you bring something to cook on the grill or grab your favorite to go order from a restaurant. There are no eateries nearby, and it would be a shame to waste time enjoying this place to drive far away.

Closing company had ample amount of time to get everything together for us to close. However they were still filing and filling out paperwork minutes before we closed. If it wasn't for our wonderful real estate agent and having an excellent lender we would have had to push back our closing. It was a mess. We will not go back. We will use someone else next time.
