Whistler's Park Apartments

Awful place to live in, management is very rude and nasty. They don’t fix anything, if anything break they will charge you for it. Maintenance is very poorly. Many apartments have mildew and they don’t do nothing about it. Rent goes high every eight months or every year owner needs to be on top of the game of this apartments. Shame on the owners, making money out of this Elderly low income people and Apartment Health environment is not good. Be aware this apartment they need to be reposted at the family department of health or enforcement. Really not good

Places great but poor maintenance

They look Good but management is very poorly. Once you move in every year the pull your rent up. They Start as affordable and they hit you with the yearly or every 8 month rental increase. Any Damage to the apartments may in country why are you living in it they charge you to fix it nothing is free, I believe this is abusive for seniors that have a monthly income without the government increased it. The emergency response is very poorly they don’t get on time. Once a Tenant leaves or pass away the immediately rent them out without any maintenance on it. You will have to do your own painting and Maintenance. The manager is a real Rude person hard person. Has been in curt many times. I Hope the owners of the apartment know what is going on but these apartment are a bad rep...

It's a good place for Seniors. A little expensive for an income-based. Update My mom and brother are seniors and alive there and have problems with mold in the bathroom. Sadly, the administration doesn't want to take responsibility for fixing it. It is not the only apartment with that situation.

Nasty place ever in kissimmee management and manager the worst aptt. are old they don't fix nothing they just patch the appliances are super old everything is super old ....They need a change ASPA and government assistance need to do a investigation in that place .Please please
