Whispering Sands Townhomes

Lived at the Cactus Rose location for about a year, never late on rent always had the place clean that even maintenance always said it was the only apartment he would check that was nice and maintained, found a better place for me and my family and was forced to pay $630 some dollars so it wouldnt go on my credit that i was leaving before my contract which is understandable. Not once did we get blinds I had to pay out of my pocket for my own blinds upstairs and down had to buy my own fans because they did didnt have any in the rooms which they should of, dishwasher messed up and not once while i was there did anyone put a new one, always had to deal with people smoking drugs outside our windows while having a newborn baby, people fighting all the time slamming doors at all time of the nigh

4 years later and management is barely concerned and writing me Now that's a joke. You wasted my money and now cuz of your wonderful so called staff Vero I have negative review against my renters history. Now tell me how you plan to sit down and talk about what. Your establishment doesn't respect or know how to treat veterans especially disabled veterans.now people ask yourself is it really worth the hell that comes by living at Whispering Sands. Don't believe then be my guest.

This place doesn't even deserve a star. 👎👎.To all veterans this is not the place to live. Staff here especially "Vero" who doesn't know how to treat or talk to customers especially veterans.How sad is it that vero doesn't know what DV stands for on the license plates and tries to have my vehicle towed saying I wasn't suppose to park in a handicap which it states clear in my plates that I'm a disabled veteran. How can anyone live in a place like this and not know and understand disabled veterans and the limitations we live with daily. .they give you units here with rust and mold and the maintenance here paints over everything he comes in contact with. The 3 stars are mostly due to the road on the way to the apartments. Omar st needs to be fixed for all of the families that live here.
