0 stars if possible. Property management sucks. Cory, Sarah, and Christina have always been great at the office Dog poop is just absolutely everywhere. Even trash cans designated for poop are overflowing. Multiple building doors broken on every building. Snow removal is awful here. Common areas are never cleaned. Our dog ended up eating raisins here as kids were just freely throwing them on the ground. ASK for details on maintenance request or you will have no idea what was done. Birds nest in the vents on the building all year and poop all over as well. Weather stripping was poor before we even moved in. Air filter looks like this after 6 months since they only switch out for winter and summer.

Had a very smooth move in thanks to Faith! We're very excited to live here! 💕 We worked with serval other people who were all amazing as well. We had a few issues getting into our apartment, but that was handled very quickly. Great apartment set ups.

Our move-in experience was absolutely amazing, thanks to Sara! She went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, responsive, and patient with all of our questions, and made sure we felt completely comfortable before move-in day. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. Sara made what could’ve been a hectic process feel easy and even enjoyable. We’re so thankful for her help and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have been waiting for the security door on my building to be fixed since we moved in almost a year ago. Being in a secured building was a huge part of the reason why we moved here and it hasn't been secured the entire time we have lived here. Ive put in for other maintenance issues and they take weeks to be resolved. My old apartment complex was garbage and they still had things fixed in 2 or 3 days. I was expecting similar or better maintenance with how much of a nicer complex this is. I feel like they need to hire more staff or hire more vendors. With what they charge for rent I know they make enough money to maintain this place. The fire department ripped out the entire latch on our building entrance door because the door began jamming and was not able to be opened from the inside ma
