Whispering Pines

I was there last Saturday and had such a great experience with Marisol at Whispering Apartments! She was honestly the most professional, friendly, and helpful person I’ve worked with. From the moment I walked in, she made everything feel easy and stress-free. She answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and was super patient and kind the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. If you’re planning to stop by, definitely ask for Marisol — she’s amazing!

This apartment complex offers a peaceful and friendly environment. Marisol and Yurycelly have done a splendid job in acting fast for allowing me to move in within 3 days of inquiring for an apartment. Thank you Marisol for providing a welcoming and helpful atmosphere toward helping me with all the prerequisites for approving the application along with being consistent in making sure that my accommodations were met! As for Yurycelly, thank you so much for maintaining the friendly atmosphere and acting swiftly in getting the A/C running within the same day and nonetheless within a couple of hours before closing! I’d say this place is great for college students and starting families as all tenants are mindful and respectful of each others space and time.

Whispering Pines is an overall great complex to live in, especially if you like the presence of a forest-like atmosphere and a gym equipped with a variety of options. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Marisol has always been good at making sure all was well with my stay there so that goes a long way. Maintenance is also prompt to what minimal work orders I presented to them with kindness and professionalism.

Horrible communication between staff and trying to look into apartments, reach out by phone/text to create appointments but everytime I’ve shown up the office is “closed” during business hours. Huge waste of time
