Whispering Pines Apartments

Oh poop, I can't believe some of these reviews. I like it here, and very much. It's quiet, clean, I feel safe, and haven't seen one bug. I love our apartment!

Living at Timber Court apartments under the management of Felicia has been a disappointing experience. Her lack of professionalism is evident through her consistent failure to address even basic questions and emergencies. It's frustrating that during the hours designated for her role as a manager, she seems preoccupied with personal matters.

Lived here two months. Absolutely disgusting. This place is covered in black mold and bed bugs. The landlord is a slum lord don't fix nothing! This place needs to be condemned

WE WERE GETTING READY TO MOVE OUT.HAD EMPTY BOXES OUTSIDE OUR PATIO WITH BBQ AND CHAIRS AND OTHER APARTMENTS WERE BEING CLEANED OUT. CAME HOME EVERYTHING MISSING ROYCE SAID THAT COMPANY DIDNT DO IT. BUT THEY EVEN TOOK THE JUNK WITH THE BBQ AND CHAIRS NEVER WOULD FESS UP..THEN WE TOTALLY CLEAN APARTMENT AND RUG WAS CLEANED AFTER BEING THERE FOR OVER 7 YEARS HE ONLY GAVE A PORTION OF DEPOSIT BACK..THERE IS NO GYM NO POOL..GRASS DOESNT GET WATERED UNTIL THE GRASS DIES THEN ONLY GETS MOWED MAYBE 3 TIMES A YEAR..VERY SCARY PLACE WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT.ALOT OF DRUG USE AROUND..JUST A WARNING TO NEW PEOPLE NOTHING GETS TAKING CARE OF

the owner is a jerk his employee Anastasia sales drugs at all time and he does not do anything about it and believes all her freaking lies. He has a mess and is rude and very neglectful with his properties
