Update: I posted this two weeks ago and they did finally come clean the vent which I appreciate but I still hear the animal scurrying around and have not been updated on any pest control partners coming or anything I’ve not gotten a response from the office when I ask either🥲🥲 I am so confused I literally have an animal actively living in my attic/vents I was told in AUGUST, on August 25th that it would be looked at and it is pushing leaves and rubbish up to the vents and through them I can hear it scurrying around at night I’m a woman who lives alone I’m too scared to even open the vent to clean it because I don’t want to be attacked. Three months of an animal living in my attic is actually insane and I don’t know why they do not care at all. I’ve brought it up several times since August

Since June, Whispering Oaks has truly transformed, and the improvements are easy to see. The pool is consistently open and beautifully maintained, with the water always sparkling blue. The grounds are kept exceptionally clean, and trash is regularly picked up, which makes the entire property feel fresh and welcoming. The staff deserves special recognition for their professionalism and dedication. They are always approachable and ready to help with any concern. In particular, Stephanie has been outstanding. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care for residents make a huge difference. The apartments are remodeled depending on where your apartment is located you have a nice view with trees and lots of grass. Overall a beautiful Area and apartments to live in! Great place,very friendly people, Very affordable. The staff at Whispering Oaks is great they will work with you to help you with any problems you may have, Stephanie seems genuinely concerned about the tenants and their situations!

Honestly I don’t know what’s happening but since I’ve been here for over a year they’ve gone through 3 different management teams and the most newest one sucks, I’m getting papers saying that I owe rent even though I pay it every 1st of the month, told them i shouldn’t be getting those papers and they said we’re gotta send it to someone higher than us to check our ledger and it’s been almost 2 weeks, haven’t seen any/noticed pest/bug control since the most recent management team took over but they’ve charged me for it. This shouldn’t be happening if the management team actually cared but they don’t. The management team here is very lazy and not helpful what so ever.

I am writing to express my concerns following a recent meeting with several of my neighbors regarding our living conditions. While we have chosen to reside in this community, the management and ownership have made decisions regarding amenities that restrict our ability to fully enjoy our home. Despite paying for pest control services since January, we have yet to receive any treatment.
