Whispering Oaks Apartments

DO NOT move here! This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had renting. Your electricity bill will be well over $300 most of the time(sometimes $400!) bc the buildings are so old. There’s literal cracks in the front and sliding door to where you can actually see outside so your A/C is basically blowing all your air outside. Anytime you make a request to fix something they will just automatically cancel your request and never fix it. The community washer and dryers never work and you’ll be forced to spend $50-60 dollars to have you laundry washed somewhere else in Midland. I’d say the ONLY thing they actually care about is making sure you pay your rent on time. This apartment complex is a complex full of chaos!! And I’m not talking about the tenants. One person has been without ac for over a week in this west Texas 100+ weather. Another person has molded cabinets. The maintenance team needs to step up their game before they have a life on their hands. It’s so disrespectful for the complex to blatantly ignore all work orders.. if you can not handle the job of an apartment complex management and maintenance team then find something else to suit you and your lazy mindset.. do better whispering oaks!!

Five stars is not enough to show how happy I am with WHISPERING OAKS APARTMENTS , especially in regards to the Leasing Consultant . I originally was interested in WHISPERING OAKS because I was referred by a friend.

Love these apartments! Just wish we could get a downstairs apt
