Morgan Best is absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in the buying process. Not only was she professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, but she also was a great listener! We were looking at a lot of different models and through just listening and talking with us, she found us the exact model we needed. She has been prompt with communication, answering any question at any time of day. Overly willing to help, and never feeling like we are a burden when we have questions or concerns. Bought a house in phase 3. Construction workers consistently trash the neighborhood everyday. Nails in tires, trash in the drains, weeks and months before the dog station bags have been refilled. Coyote and fox poop on the trails which over consistently filled with trash from construction sites. Our side is still missing a lot of signs which people speed down daily and blow through the intersections. The gym is lack luster my prior apartment and townhome community gym was way nicer. Construction teams consistently driving crazy and not looking almost causing accidents daily. A new phase being built for "habitat for humanity" ripping down all of the trees and wildlife areas. Honestly wish the hoa would do better on maintenance of the community and the gym is such an embarrassment. Sidewalks
