My family has lived at Whalers Cove for over 2 decades. Obviously we love it here. What makes it special are the people who work here. They are the most caring folks that you can find. Maria is property manager and Ileana also works in front office. Always a smile and helpful. The Maintenance Department is Alex and Eliezer, they are amazing very knowledgeable and kind. We live here because of them we could choose anywhere to reside, they make our choice easy we are very happy here! Thanks for listening.

Many thanks to all the office maintenance staff for their excellent service to us as residents, we are very very grateful and blessed to have a home in the Whaler Cove family. Thank you Maria for being a excelent Manager, Liliana and the maintenance staff for always attending to our needs and being so proactive, efficient, effective and quick in helping us with our needs of apartment maintenance and the general neighborhood. Dedicated, outstanding, and amazing are some of the words I use regularly to describe the staff here at Whalers Cove. Alex, Elieser, Liliana, and Maria are really family at this point. This group of people very easily overcome any surprise test and are the best of the best. A very well-oiled machine. From day one filling out the application process to this day (5-6yrs later, I don't know, I've lost track of time here 😅), but they haven't skipped a beat. Such patience addressing our questions and concerns with clear answers and solutions. We just signed our ninth yearly lease @ Whalers Cove Apts which has become “home” to us.We would like to express our thanks to the office and maintenance staff for their excellent service over the years.
