Westwynd Apartments

Really happy with my new apartment! It’s clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Management has been responsive and helpful. The move-in process was smooth. I’m enjoying living here so far and would recommend it.

We just moved in recently and the gentleman that helped in the office were kind, patient and answered any and all questions we had. They both worked with us step by step to help us get into our new place and I would recommend then to everyone. Very happy and look forward to living here. And it’s been super quiet. Everyone in this area sticks to themselves. Very chill.

My expectation of living at Westwind was not that great, I moved in around the time that there was management change so transparency wasn't really there. I complained about several things but l've never got helped also complained about the wash and dry smell and not dry but they try to tell me that there's Really not much they can do about the situation and they never came back to addressed the rest of the issues so l decided to buy out of my contract. Department was not as I was promised to be in the service was not ever addressed or taken care of. I'm still waiting to hear about my refund, Here’s a picture of how dirty the rug was after turning the apartment into me the same day they never even cleaned and then the wash and dryer and then look 1978. I haven’t even upgraded this place. I

The maintenance men came on Monday because the bake element at the bottom of the oven was not working. Upon changing the old piece out for the new one, they turned the power back on for the kitchen appliances. When the power was turned on to test the new element, the power o the entire building blew out. After finally going to the back of the oven, one of the men found out that it was a "metal touching metal issue." The guys were able to handle that by bending the metal on the element to prevent the issue from happening again. They were able to get the power back on for the building. I noticed the "oven cycle" light was already lit up although they hadn't tested the element just yet. Some how, when the "metal to metal" issue occurred, it caused another issue.
