Westwood Terrace Apartments

If I could give zero stars I would. My aunt lived here for a year. Her entire apartment smelled like smoke from another tenant. Any complaints went unanswered. There is no secure entrance. Push to open the door to the "lobby" and the locked door to the stairwell will even open with no key. There's such a big gap you can easily slide something in to get inside. She had people come to her door that didn't even live in the building. Constant power outages. And now they sent a letter saying they took 128 dollars out of her security deposit because they have to "clean" the carpet to remove furniture marks. I helped her move out. The carpet had indents from the legs of the couch. That is not damage. The carpet needs time to fluff back up. This is ridiculous. Do not move to this unsafe, loud, odo
