Westwood Court Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for over five years! Unable to leave, I’ve applied for many other apartments only to find out that the landlord will never respond to provide a reference. I have always paid on time; I’ve been late a few times within these five years. The neighborhood is very run-down, and the owner likes to pick and choose who she keeps, even if they don’t pay rent. She keeps a lot of unworthy people in the complex to push out decent paying residents. My vehicle was broken into in 2024 and was hit twice in the same week in 2025 while parked in the lot. The management can be very racist and aggressive without reason. When I asked to have a sit-down conversation, I was told she’s not our mother. Be careful of some neighbors – some can be overly friendly and nosy. My guests,

Management seems to be overly aggressive for no reason. Would never recommend anyone to live or even visit the premises if this complex.

The parking lot was poorly cared for and the hallway and doorway areas smelled of stale cigarette smoke to the point it made me cough

Do not rent here!!! Terrible management. The landlord is a scammer!!!!
