The Maintenance guy's here are absolutely amazing! Our water heater blew early this morning (even before the Apt Office was open) & I had tons of water constantly flooding my floors. I called the Maintenance # immediately while also using RentCafe App to Request Maintenance. 'Johnny Cox' (spelling may be incorrect) was at my door not even 10 minutes later!! He was respectful and extremely helpful. He showed professionalism, very easy to talk to and even helped me move boxes out of the water! The job was done in a timely manner, Couldn't have done a better job! "Thank you Johnny!"

The nature of my move was very sensitive. From the very first phone call I made to Tamera to the text messages of “missed things” after my move in she has been nothing short of supportive! I will forever be grateful for the way she handled my lease signing and her attentiveness to my Whats and why’s. This is my second time coming to Goldmark to find a place to rest. Thank you for all you do!

Johnny helped repair my garage door and checked on an electrical issue in my unit. Quick, knowledgeable, and effective! Thanks for your help!
