Westview on the Avenue

This is my first apt and the leasing manager was great. She was there from the start until I moved in and after. The office staff is friendly and helpful with anything you need. Nice apt with huge closets and great location. Parking is included and a lot of trees. I would tell all my friends to move here. I looked at a lot of other apts before I came here and orchard gardens by far was the best because I felt like I was finally at home!!!!

Definitely a great price for the location!! I recently moved here from Columbia Maryland and it's been a good experience thus far. Ms Parker was the best; approval process was same day and the property is very clean. You also get to choose an accent wall painted for free. Newly renovated apartments close to downtown Baltimore at an affordable price😎

The women in the leasing department are amazing. But the pest control company are horrible. We have a constant pest problem including rodents and insects. They also refuse to take the garbage out of the dumpster out back so everything smells like trash. Ppl sell crack in front of complex and I cut my foot on glass in front of the building

Orchard Gardens apartments are simply marvelous inside & out. They have friendly staff & neighbors who are always polite & they have huge closet space & nice size rooms. If your looking to rent an apartment on the West side of Baltimore City Orchard Gardens is definitely the place to go 👍👍👍

The worst place ever rats all in the apts they never fixed my doors they took the pats flood every other day they don’t fix anything They have the worst property manager ever and I will post pictures so y’all can be the judge y’all self it’s ok for the price but all the problems you’ll experience it’s not worth the price! Rats and roaches and they don’t send pest control!
