Westview Heights Apartments

The property is consistently trashed—tenants leave garbage everywhere. One of the bins meant for pet waste is always overflowing with personal trash. Large dog feces are frequently found on sidewalks and common areas. Some tenants leave camping chairs, cigarette butts, and empty beer cans in walking paths, creating unsafe conditions for the children who play in the neighborhood. The only area that looks somewhat presentable is near the office. Several tenants engage in harassment and stalking, and when these issues are reported to management, nothing is done. A male tenant once followed me to confront me about a lease violation while I was walking with my young child and carrying my small dog. Another tenant—who claims to have lived here for eight years and brags about being best friends

Westview Heights Apartments have been so great to work with! This is a very clean property. The Property Manager Kate is great to work with and is available for questions or needs. Daria the Assistant Manager has always been kind and helpful to me as well. This team truly cares about their residents!!! Sam the maintenance manager genuinely cares about the residents needs and requests! The fact that the team is available to help their residents and keep the property clean and safe means a lot!

I have been a resident for a year now and signed to renew my lease. The pool is very exposed with no lounge chairs, very motel like; making me very jealous of the pool at the apartments across the street. The gym is a joke, it’s super small and half the equipment doesn’t work, and do not sit on the ground with out bringing your own Matt because it smells so bad! Also parking is horrible, garages don’t conveniently fit two cars so we have to park in the neighborhood sometimes super far into the neighborhood. The complex also took away the trash cans leading to Safeway so people are just putting their dogs waste bags on the floor making the complex look trashy. Also, don’t expect any help from the office, they are very corporate heavy, and corporate doesn’t care about keeping their residents

I was recently looking for a new apartment so I saw the openings online came by for a walk in. I was greeted by Kate and Daria at the office. The walkthrough of the 2 bedroom apartment was quick pleasant and super professional. Kate and Daria were above and beyond as far as answering all my questions regarding the maintenance guarantees And first and last month payment options and details. They had mentioned Sam their maintenance man and I met him on the way out super friendly and professional as well. If you're looking for a new apartment definitely stop on by for a pleasant courteous and professional experience. Thank you once again Kate and Daria.
