I’ve lived at this apartment complex for a long time, and it has truly been a great place to call home. The community feels safe, peaceful, and well cared for, and the neighbors are friendly. What really sets this place apart is the management and maintenance team — they are absolutely top-notch. Any time there’s an issue, maintenance responds quickly and gets the job done right, and management is professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. The property is kept nice, and you can tell a lot of pride goes into maintaining the community. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and well-managed place to live

Have lived here for ~6years. The apartments been consistantly good about their upkeep and improvement w/ groundskeeping and security. Easily accessible laundry, mail, and dumpsters. Have paid the same base rent and the community's nice, so will probably stay a few more years.

My wife and I have lived at Westview Forest Apartments for about 4 years now . I highly recommend these apartments. Office personal are profesional, friendly , and attentive to any and all resident needs. Property has a safe , clean and peaceful environment . Large dogs are welcome, our American Akita loves it here . Location is perfect and conveniently close to the I - 10 freeway . Definitely a positive experience at Westview Forest Apartments . Finding a community that is both pet-friendly for large breeds like an American Akita and maintains a high standard of maintenance is a significant win.
