Unresponsive and poorly managed. Don't expect any customer service from this company. Our condo association used them to manage our business properties and the only thing they care about is money. Look elsewhere if you want actual property management or customer services. I'm still waiting over 12 days for them to respond to simple questions about paying off an assessment balance. All I can say is they are unprofessional.

We switched to this management company about a month ago, and I’ve since sent three emails and left a voicemail with a simple question. Weeks later, still no response. Insane. How are you in business if you don’t communicate with your clients? Really disappointed in our HOA board’s choice to hire this company. We used Advance HOA Management before — light years better (not that it’s hard to be).

As a resident of a building that pays Weststar large management fees, being told, via voicemail, that I may not receive a response to a major building issue "for up to 24 hours" - during 9-5 business hours, is completely unacceptable. Normally it does take less time to hear back but it's frustrating to be worried about hearing back in the middle of an emergency.

Michael Workman is straight up just rude. He's a pain and a hassle to work with and struggles to comprehend basic requests.

Micheal Workman is very disrespectful towards women. He is unprofessional and refuses to cooperate with me or my female property manager.
