My money was in escrow when I canceled the deal My check was mailed out I did not receive it after 2 weeks I called (I was only one city away) and was told to wait another week I waited another 5 days called back and was told that I would have a check waiting for me and to call before I arrived when I called I was told that I would have to wait an additional 24 hours to get my money I had taken the day off from work And was in route when I was told this I would never use this title company thank God for my realtor she managed to get the check wrote if not it was on a Friday and I would have had to wait the entire weekend until Monday when the office manager decided to write me a check it is called bad business and I will never refer them to anyone I'm sure that the CEO of the company
