As a first time renter, the experience is amazing. I worked with Ashley, and she was very informative and welcoming! Nice quiet apartment complex, very well maintained, trash never overflows, mailboxes doesn’t have junk mail everywhere, no issues with parking. Maintenance and front office responds in a timely manner. 10/10 for me!☺️

I am highly disappointed in this apartment. I spent all day cleaning this place as best as i could. I lived here five years they cannot expect me to restore this apartment back to its original design after living there for so long i took my own pic of the place before i moved out. I had clean and vacuum and replaced the toilet seat and stove tops.. the carpet had two stains that came from my carpet cleaner but i also had animals so i would think they would have to replace the carpet just in case the next tenant is allergic to animals. I did not trash the place or leave anything damaged or broken. No wholes in the walls. I always paid my rent on time. A lot of the tenants told me that i wasn't getting my deposit back because most tenants who moved out and hired professional cleaners stilll

Hello, I am writing to express concern regarding an interaction I had on January 6, 2026, when I called to inquire about two-bedroom unit at your property. During the call, I spoke with a leasing representative named Carrie. I explained that I have multiple sources of income, including full-time employment, self-employment, and rental assistance through Pierce County Housing, which covers approximately 90% of my rent. Initially, the conversation was friendly. However, once I mentioned receiving housing assistance, the tone of the interaction noticeably changed. I was informed that housing assistance is not considered a source of income and that my self-employment would require verification—which I fully understand and had no issue providing. Miserable place to rent. Management is constantly placing notices near tenant doors about violating minor or silly policies. Maintenance doesn't seem to how to fix some things and probably. has been told by landlord to provide the cheapest fix possible. Apartments are real dumps badly in need of repair and they're not cheap. Paint is peeling off breezeways and railings need repair. Most tenants quickly move out to some place much better if they can. This place is low income and that's exactly how it looks. I'm sure the landlords don't care and are probably just using it as a tax write off.

Not happy with how much Thay are asking in rent all one bedroom apartment go for $780 all sizes and two bed no go ether and the deposit is the same as rent I was happy here but now I'm ready to go I fell cheated out of my money. I would like to stay but I'm not gonna I wish it wasn't so but paying for the size Apartment I'm in is a rip off I should have never down size on a good note it's a pleasant surprise that the staff and manager are good people and be careful with the mold it just be tends on what Apt u get there not all this way
