Great place to live. Landlord is great and helpful when something is needed. Wonderful neighborhood/ neighbors.
Quiet,affordable and well maintained I lived here for over 5 years. Safe neighborhood. Maintence responds quickly. Everyone minds their own business. They could use an upgrade on appliances but other than that no complaints. Pest Control comes out monthly. I only left because Im fighting breast cancer and needed to be closer to my treatment center.
In your ad you said no section 8 ... this is a nice clean place to live. Here's a bit of news. Baby boomers are now seniors drawing social security. So your statement makes no sense. I definitely wouldn't be bragging about. Just wanted to let you know senior citizens are not mean, loud or dirty.
