Westshore Apartments

1) Packages are always being stolen here. 2) Each building has an infestation of either roaches or rats. 3) The first floor has been flooded several times by the hillsborough river. 4) There’s mold in several units. 5) There’s always a pile of trash when entering the front entrance. 6) There’s no gate.

I am disappointed with the maintenance service at this apartment. They advertise “24/7 emergency maintenance,” but when I actually needed help, no one was available. My door knob broke around 6 PM, and I was completely locked out of my apartment. I called the emergency number expecting the management to send a maintenance worker, but instead I was told to CALL a LOCKSMITH and pay for it myself. This is extremely frustrating because locking tenants out of their home is clearly an emergency, and it should be handled by the property’s maintenance team—not shifted onto the resident. I should not have to sleep in my car or pay a LOCKSMITH for something the apartment management is responsible for. This experience makes me question how reliable their maintenance is

One of the Best places where I have lived. Super quiet and very respectful everyone. Christie and Angelica aall ways are very professionally and very helpful in everything that is needed in the apartments. I definitely recommend the west shore apartments to anyone.

Christie and Anjelica is always such a big help here at Westshore Apartments. They’re professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Every time I’ve needed something, they’re quick to assist and makes the process smooth. It’s great to have someone like them on the team
