Excellent place to live especially if you live on a tight budget. Management does her best and there has been so many improvements in the last 3 years. Sue should be proud of all she has accomplished as manager. Utilities are included I'm allowed to have my large dog. Washer and dryer in the basement I am a LIFER!!

Worst place to live. Once again I will post. Because I don't want anyone going through living like that. They don't fix anything. My apartment flooded I didn't even get into a new unit until a week later.. nor did they clean it up appropriately for me and my son to move back in. They said they did but I seen it and I was no way near ready. I chose not to go back because it was no way near ready. I could go on but if you can stay away from this housing place it's a black hole they never helped me. They only made my life worse I work d so hard and all they did was drain me and I was paying them so much just to get afraid of being out side because they harassed me. Everyday was the worst living here. Do not MOVE HERE.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! If I could give a negative 5 or 10 I would. Geez where do I start??!! They're racist against anyone who's not white. If ur white with mixed race kids or Hispanic,or African American,you will get accused of doing things you're not. You will be treated less than human. Sue the manager has been investigated for money laundering,among other things. The management n Sue both were sued for racism and the former employee of theirs Won the case. Also it's infested with mice,and bed bugs. And lots of Mold in walls n ceilings. They don't like fixing things correctly. And will charge you for things they're responsible to fix. They have their favorite " white" tenants make up stories on ppl to get them kicked out. Worse place I've ever lived in my 56 yrs of living. Also is not a
