Management and the office staff were mostly helpful and I got my deposit back. I had a neighbor that would start playing music around 11pm until anywhere to 2-5 am on a regular basis. The sheriff's office and property owner were no help. Lots of yelling and arguments in the late night from other neighbors too. The pool and hot tub should have been cleaned more. Lots of people who don't live in the complex would always be in the pool, usually disrespectful teens. Some tenants regularly don't pick up after their pets and would smoke in their apartments despite the non smoking ordinance. If your unit is off 185th, drunk pedestrians and cars speeding up the road will regularly wake you up in the night so invest in some noise cancelling headphones you can sleep in.

Lived here six years , just know no matter how well you clean or leave the place when u move they will nickel and dime you every cent of your deposit . Office is only open Monday through Friday and closes at 5 sometimes sooner if they leave early . Pool is dirty throughout the summer and no year round hot tub . Was not like that when we originally moved in . They use to be open six days a week with a year round hot tub. Management is always changing no consistency there. The parking spots at this place are a complete joke unless you drive a clown car you will barely be able to get in and out without hitting the car next to you , they do not care what so ever . Looking back the first few years where not horrible other than parking but definitely went down hill from there . I do not suggest

The people are nice, management is friendly and it's an amazing price for a great apartment. The amenities nearby are enough to make you want to move here asap. Especially if you're a SAHM and need to go shopping with no car. Just walk on down the stairs! The only thing I'd change is having a year round swimming pool 🤣

Trash. Office staff never gets back when they say they will call you back. People always parking in residents spots and office does nothing about it . I applied there and decided not to live there they never sent my money back from the 300$ holding fee , it’s been over 3 months and it should have came in the mail in 4 weeks I called them telling them the situation and they did not take seriously or get back to me . Someone puked on the stairs last Christmas and it’s still there all dryed up no one cleaned it . Pool has lots of underwater bugs that bite . I know all these things because a family member lived here and I’ve experienced it all. They don’t even deserve a star but in order to post my review I have to put one .

Edited: Some good things about this property, but the negative far outweighs the positive. The positive first: Apartments have nice layout, and the bathrooms are roomy. The patios are huge, though when it rains, water leaks to patios below or from above (depending on what floor you live on); they are built with what looks like 2x6 tongue and groove boards. Hallways: same tongue and groove boards as the patios, and some have cracks so you can see to the floor below at night. No water in the hallways since they are all protected from rain. Polite, friendly neighbors, at least for the most part. Great access to public transit. Assigned parking spots, and ample visitor parking.
