Westridge Apartments

I just finished my one year lease and already knew I was going to stay another year. I absolutely love my apartment! For a one bedroom I have tons of space, quiet and respectful neighbors, good pricing, and management that’s going to actually communicate and address any concerns. Joseph has been nothing but exceptional since day one in getting me into my apartment, addressing any questions, checking in on his tenants and making Westridge a home.

ATTN: please consider how this dump has a ridiculous amount of "reviews" all posted at the same time (a month ago) the reviews aren't from people who live there or previously lived there. I really question how in the world west ridge has any decent reviews. Please PLEASE stay away from this place. It's absolutely terrible. To start off with, Jospeh (one of the owners) is very a rude and unprofessional person. The apartments have tons of cockroaches, there's literally NO amenities, he literally pays people who live in the apartments to carry out work orders. So basically, the renters are also "maintenance", there's no front office, their cameras don't work... they turn them off and on which is extremely weird and sketchy. Please just stay away from this place. $1550 can get you a LOT bette

These reviews from a month ago are FAKE, none of these people have ever lived at Westridge. The photo used is also almost 10 years old, the Sequoia in one of the review photos was sold in 2015 and the Westridge sign no longer looks like that….. It’s so sad that this property is so desperate to lease that they will post fake reviews to make this place look better. There is ZERO amenities, management is never on site, there is no dog park, no valet trash, no pool, garages are not attached, no assigned parking, maintenance requests are never answered in a timely manner (might as well fix it yourself). As someone who lived in this complex for 2 years I’m telling you RUN.. Do not lease here.

Joseph was great! Considering all the stresses that are involved with moving apartments, they made everything stress free from an accommodation aspect. Everything from quick response time, signing of contracts and key handover was all smooth and easy. Management needs some SERIOUS help! These are super cute apartments and are probably the newest/nicest apartments in Celina. It’s a shame that the management sets such an awful first impression. While looking for apartments for our daughter, we called to ask for information. We were interrupted at, “Hi, I’m...” then asked if they could call us back because they were busy. Of course they never called back, so we did this about 4 more times before they finally answered our questions. We made an appointment to view the apartment, but management never showed up or answered when we called to ask where she was. We called the main number listed on the sign, and was interrupted again when we tried to voice our concerns about management. They said they would try to get ahold of the supervisor, but
