Westridge Apartments

I moved in during COVID, not only was the carpet stained but it had holes in it when I moved in. They charged me for it when I moved out. The neighbor below me was in and out of jail, so that meant a revolving door or people living there that weren’t on the lease. The “office” space for work has a computer that doesn’t work and a printer that never has paper. The pool has ducks that leave feces all over the pool top. No one picks up dog poop and it’s everywhere. The area for some reason attracts people like the gentleman pictured below who was eventually arrested for breaking into a car to sleep. After 3 years of stellar payments, I was a week late once and they filed for eviction. I paid the rent and late fees but they refused to rescind the eviction until I paid THEIR lawyer fees. The

I have been living at Westridge apartments for 3 years now, I had never run into any issues or problems. I love living here because it’s very convenient to stores and short distance to my work.My neighbors are very friendly and same with the apartment Manager (SHIVANI) she is very friendly and very helpful and also the maintenance people are very helpful they get things done fast. It’s very safe and well maintained property. Thank you Shivani and her team for keeping the property safe and clean and making me feel safe and a better place to live.😊

Dog unfriendly. They also seem to be trying to drive those of us that have dogs out. Black mold, dry rot, etc. You can see it just walking around the grounds and you most likely will find it in your apartment. Some neighbors are great, but others are just the worst. I have one of those that lives below me, IMHO. The management adds stress to people, because at least my group, are constantly looking around the corner for the next complaint.

I truly love westridge apartments in Boise Idaho. I've been living at this places location at this apartment for 24 years now and I love it it's nearby my work Albertsons on ustick and 5 mile Road Boise Idaho. I truly love this place it's the best one in the treasure Valley of Idaho
