Highly Recommend Weston Point Apartments! I had the pleasure of living at Weston Point Apartments in Overland Park, KS from June 2024 to June 2025, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From day one, the office staff was incredibly courteous, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I felt welcomed and supported. Every interaction was positive, and they made the leasing and living process smooth and stress-free. The maintenance team was equally outstanding—prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Any time I submitted a request, it was handled quickly and efficiently, with great attention to detail. I lived at Weston Point Apartments for over a year now and overall had a solid experience. The location is one of the biggest strengths, close to highways, shopping, and everyday essentials, which made commuting and errands convenient. The apartments themselves are well laid out, quiet, and comfortable. Maintenance requests were handled in a timely and professional manner in my experience, and the staff was very responsive when issues came up. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a convenient area with dependable management, Weston Point is definitely worth considering.

Amaya was very helpful during the leasing process, making everything very easy for us, price for the 3 bedroom apt is like $1800 after fees and water, which is actually less than Sandstone Creek where I was living before (2k). Very competitive pricing, fast service and fast response to maintenance calls.

I stayed here for an year after moving to US and I rate it as a good community although it has its own issues being an old construction. Pros - 1) Very near to Overland Trail Elementary and Middle School, so if your kids are enrolled there, it is just a walkable destination. 2) Quick access to homes from Parking and beautiful landscapes. 3) If not much load, maintenance team gives a quick response. 4) Spacious Rooms. Cons - 1) Since it is an old but renovated apartment, and I was staying first floor - I faced a lot of bugs and termites issue even after multiple pest control request it was not controlled, 2) the apartment where I stayed had wood squeaking noise from people walking on the second floor and it was annoying at night. 3) Windows need proper insulation as during the winter cold a

During 3 years living there, everything was excelent with the apartment and staff members, including the Maintenance team, they attend very quickly and solve the issues in few time and always with good attitude. My only suggestion is that Management should be stricter to enforce the rules of Pool and common areas, for the comfort of the entire community.
