Weston Circle and Wicklow Square Apartments

Honestly this neighborhood isn’t even as bad as the reviews says, it’s just the leasing office and management themselves who don’t want to help out with anything. I have a neighbor below me who is literally crazy, she screams crazy stuff, bangs on my floor, calls the police to my apartment 3x a day, threatens me, calls me names. I have recordings to show all this. I go to management they tell me “she’s going through something” understand however I still deserve peace in my home so it should’ve been handled. Exactly why I didn’t renew a lease with them it’s very obvious they don’t care about issues, it’s currently 5am as I’m typing this getting up for work and she is BANGING because I’m walking getting ready for my job that I need to pay to live here. This is a good place to live if you need help making a comeback but I do wish maintenance was better at responding, responding quickly and being consistent with fixing problems. Unfortunately they aren't. They are nice people but need to do better with quality of care. My air filter still isn't fixed, my bathtub is still clogged even though he said he would come back yesterday to do it all and bring my mailbox key that I have not had for months. He has not come back. When I finally got my key, it didn't work. The communication with the front desk is not great but the manager is good. Things could be better overall but I am safe and it's alot better than being homeless!

Well managed, well appointed, and reasonably priced. Convenient to shopping and I-95. And the Office Manager that my wife and i mostly interact with, Hazel is an absolute jewel. Customer service, but real down to earth and human. We appreciate you immensely..

Although this is our first apartment and we don't have much to compare it to, my fiance and I are in agreement that we love it here so far. The lady that helped us (Keonia Williams) has been the definition of amazing! She's been extremely patient despite all the questions we have had, even when they were things most people should already know. She was very kind and encouraging, and made the overall nervousness of applying a lot easier than anywhere else we had looked before. The unit is pretty awesome and fairly priced. All in all of you're looking for a new place to call home, Wesont Square and Keonia Williams have my vote for sure.

My experience here at Weston Wicklow square is amazing they've always responded quickly to my inquiries and address my concerns right away. The responsiveness the professionalism and efficiency via text telephone calls and all lines of communicaions I feel that my investments here are protected. I am signing another lease this will be my 9th year there have been lots of updated changes to the properties outside it's a beautiful place to live
