Westmount at Mason Creek

Our stay here has been the most pleasant. Thanks to the people at the leasing office, Jenna, Antonio and Louis has been most helpful with our rental process. They took care of our move in and maintenance help as quick as possible. The events they organize has been very pleasant. Highly recommended. Thanks!

I am not the one to write a review. In fact, this is first review ever, but I had to express my gratitude and satisfaction with the team at Westmount at Mason Creek. Starting with Jeana. It has been a dream to work with her. I actually went to look at other communities but her personality and customer service just drove me back. Then I met Luis and he was just as helpful and attentive. He stepped right in when Jeana was off. I had to come in a few more times for questions and met Antonio, the manager who also made it easy! I was so calm and was able to make a decision not only on the property, but on their ability to facilitate everything that had to do with my decision to move in. Been living here since Sept 2022, the leasing staff is genuinely the best, currently Luis is a blast in the leasing office. The community is pretty active with frequent events at the office, responsive actions to maintenance issues. My only complaint would be when we first moved in back in 2022 it took about 4-6 months to get a working dishwasher in our unit but since then, and with a unit change to a bigger unit over the years, everything is pretty swift and the staff is communicative on turn arounds if you reach out with an issue.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. To all potential future residents, please read this in full before signing a lease. You will have the greatest experience applying, signing, and moving in. After that? The exact opposite experience. They only care about getting money from people and filling apartments. They will literally tell you in person and on the phone that they have someone they’re helping so they cannot help you. Controversial opinion, current residents are more important than people who do not live here. Keep current residents happy so we can refer others here.
