Westmount Apartments

Having lived in a lot of the dormitory-style apartments, this is a completely different feel! I have my own front door, my own attached garage, my own bin to pull to the curb--just like a house. The community is very safe and quiet. Pam at the leasing office is an absolute gem. Living here is very worth the price and actually very comparable to other places in the area with everything they include in the monthly rent. Bonus, Starbucks and Wegman's are a very quick walk away!

I recently received an inquiry from the complex management as to whether we were satisfied with our living conditions. I responded we were, but then decided to write a short review. We have been residence of Westmont for a number of years and have been overall very pleased with everything. The staff is very pleasant, courteous and always concerned about our feelings and the maintenance staff is very responsive and excellent to interact with! However, over and above all their support, I’ve found that living here is more like a neighborhood than a development and the management & staff help make that possible. Over all a 5 STAR experience.

My husband, Bob, and I visited the Westmount apartments in Allentown, PA. from Williamsburg, VA where we presently own a home in Ford's Colony. Although we could not tour any of the apartments at the time we were very impressed with all the amenities and the favorable location. What was really a deciding factor in considering Westmount as our future home was meeting with the manager, Pam Doncsecz. Pam was gracious enough to spend a good amount of time in showing us the grounds, all the amenities and explaining the intricacies of renting an apartment. There really is only one place like this. Yes It's kept beautifully, with fireplaces, patios and balconies, & attached garages w/every apartment - those are excellent features. But there's so much more. These aren't "cookie cutter" apartments. Each one, no matter the floor plan, manages to be a uniquely creative home. The original architects were some kind of genius! But that said, there's more. The really amazing aspect of this apartment community is not its features, amenities, or the location, although those are excellent. It's the people who manage and maintain it that are, day-in & day-out, outstanding. Pam, the manager ... well there's a saying that applies here: "she has no superiors, and dang few equals.' :) You have an issue or problem? You won't, not after you bring it to her.

We want to express our gratitude to the management for maintaining a beautiful environment and a well run community. Tony and Frank have worked tirelessly to keep up with the maintenance demands. Pam Doncsecz has been instrumental in organizing monthly events to get residents to meet each other in the Clubhouse and is always brainstorming for ideas. We appreciate her efforts and how helpful she is with the portal and lease renewal and all things that require good computer skills. Also, the outdoor refrigerator filled with spring water is a nice feature. All in all, we feel that Westmount is a great place to live with a community feel. Linda and Harold Kreithen
