Westmar Court

This apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood. They must attractive aspect is that the place is located in a walking distance from Toledo botanical garden. The garden offers many recreational activities from walking to occasional concerts and many regular classes. The apartment is manged well and is kept clean. The buildings are of course old but have seen some updates.

Decent cheap apartment complex. Not ritzy by any means, but good for a single guy who needs someone cheap to sleep. Best thing going for it is the proximity to the botanical gardens. Also, actual garage spots are super scarce and cost extra. Management seems great though; never had a quarrel.

It was not the worst until they easily took 200$ of my deposit money for their 100 years old cabinet set! They told me you ruined the counter and cut it! OMG who do you think I am?! They can easily accuse you for the problems of their own old utility and appliances. Be careful about putting deposit money! By the way it smells like weed! It's never getting clean during winter!

I moved in a month ago. I have 2 minor complaints, living on bottom floor I can hear guy above me walk and not a lot of kitchen cabinet storage(fixed with using a dresser to store stuff). Otherwise it's good!!! Diana(apartment manager)is nice too!!!

Overall decent living conditions in a quiet neighborhood with a great elementary school district. Not to far from ANYthing in Toledo. Ok staff and maintained well. Pretty cheap construction. WATER TASTES LIKE SEMEN!
