I lived here for 3 years and loved every second of it. It's a very quiet community and area and the staff were all phenomenal. Grounds and maintenance crew were always quick to respond and did their best to accommodate any concerns that arose. The management and office team's willingness to help and their professionalism is unmatched.

I absolutely love living in this apartment complex! The rent is affordable, making it a fantastic option for anyone looking for great value. The amenities are top-notch, with the pool being a standout feature. We’ve spent countless summer hours there, and it’s always a highlight of the season. Since I moved in, I’ve noticed so many improvements to the exterior of the apartments. The addition of a dog park was a wonderful touch, and removing the trees by the office has really brightened up the space. Though I haven’t had the chance to meet the new property manager yet, I’m impressed with the changes she’s implemented since coming on board. The broken gate that had been an issue for months is now fixed, and her communication has been excellent—I finally feel informed about what’s happening

The leasing office team is incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They made the move-in process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions with patience and clarity. Even after I moved in, they've continued to be approachable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure residents are happy. The maintenance team is just as impressive. They are quick to respond to service requests and often showing up the same day and they get the job done right the first time. Whether it's a minor repair or a larger issue, they handle everything with efficiency

WOW ! I am speechless, I just had the most amazing tour experience with Kianna, not only was she so welcoming but she answered every crazy question I had with the most beautiful smile! She provided me with all the important information, showed me the amenities and took me to multiple apartment homes! This was the 3rd property I toured and this was off TOP the best experience I had! I also had the pleasure meeting the property manager Kristal, who also had such a warm welcoming personality. based off of this alone made me want to rent! Thank you westmall terrace for such an amazing experience, I look forward to the next steps!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Worst scamming apart ever. Charged me a move out fee of 9000$ claimed I was evicted. I was never evicted. I moved and broke my lease due to hardship. They raise rent like crazy, we had our apt broken into, are car broken into. Starter stolen from our vehicle. Excessive charges. I paid a deposit of 1000 and they are claiming I only paid 700 when I have proof. I even gave my move out notice to sanee and crystal when she took over. We were never evicted and I don’t understand why they are lieing
