Westley Apartments

My experience at the Westley has been awful they have started using this system called Verafast and they have absolutely no idea what they are doing the left hand has totally lost the right hand they keep asking me for the same information over and over and over again it’s absolutely ridiculous and the manager has no idea how to Handel the situation. Well I’m over it and if anyone else uses Verafast I won’t even bother looking at an apartment it will definitely be the first question I ask and if they say yes our business is done they have wasted my time and my money people move on from anyone using this system it’s the worst possible company on the planet. I have also asked them to call me on multiple occasions and still nothing I’m DONE. THANKS FOR STEALING MY MONEY

Just don’t do it. I have had two apartments within the past three years here. The first one they moved me out of because of black mold in the master closet and I did not use that room for nine months. So basically I was sleeping on the couch while my six-year-old daughter in a mold infested apartment had her room. They finally moved me to a new apartment and I just moved out yesterday. I have told them multiple times about a leak above my sink and they said they cannot fix it if they can’t see it. I removed my mirror off my dresser last night and it’s covered in mold on the back my storage unit when I went to get my personal items out of there was completely covered in mold. I had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of stuff not to mention the sentimental items I lost like old Christma

Great apartments, just signed my lease with Devon. Make sure you work with Devon, he is extremely good energy and quick in helping you out. My whole experience was swift and enjoyable. Absolutely great. Such a great area, across the street from veterans park.

Water gets cut off almost every week but yet they want you to pay a water bill. Tracie and Devon are no help, when you bring up a problem or issue they just dismiss it in a rude manner. Stray cats roam everywhere with residents feeding them causing more and more to inhabit the area. Overall I would avoid these apartments they only charge an arm and leg because it’s across the street from veterans park.

I’ll be very honest, this is a great apartment complex with wonderful front office staff and a reliable and AMAZING maintenance team. Most of the time, communication and service are excellent, and previous issues I’ve had were always addressed quickly. My only frustration is that when communication slips, it really slips, and right now I’ve been waiting longer than usual for a repair. In the meantime, I’m dealing with mold, and a fan that does not work in my bathroom, which has me worried. My AC went out and they gave me a window unit which I truly appreciate, not a lot of apartments will do that. The AC going out is what triggered the mold, so it’s been almost a month now. I really do enjoy living here, but I hope this can be resolved soon so I can continue feeling as positive about the c
